1847 NYC: Shipping, Return, and Warranty Policy

At 1847 NYC, we are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and this policy outlines how we make that happen.


  • Delivery Times: We ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above [minimum order amount].

  • International Shipping: We currently ship internationally. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status online by logging into your account.


  • Warranty and Non-Warranty Returns: We distinguish between returns based on reason:

    • Manufacturing Defects: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or store credit if it exhibits a manufacturing defect. Please be prepared to provide evidence of the defect, such as photos or videos.

    • Change of Mind or Not Satisfied: We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. For non-defect returns, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for a different item or store credit. However, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

  • Ineligible Items: Please note that sale items, personalized items, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return or exchange your items.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  • Warranty Coverage:

  • 1 Year Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material malfunctions for all our full-priced garments. This warranty covers repairs or replacements, at our discretion, for any issue arising from faulty materials or craftsmanship.

  • What's Covered: Examples of covered defects include:

  • Stitching defects, such as loose seams or unraveling

  • Zipper or button malfunctions

  • Fabric flaws, such as holes, tears, or fading beyond normal wear and tear

  • Material deterioration due to manufacturing defects

  • What's Not Covered: Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Our garments are designed for everyday use, and slight fading, pilling, or shrinkage over time is not considered a defect.

  • Improper care: Following the care instructions on the garment tag is crucial. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing is not covered.

  • Accidental damage: Rips, stains, or holes caused by accidents or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Modifications or repairs: Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

  • Making a Warranty Claim:

  • Please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the defect, if possible.

  • Include a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.

  • We will assess your claim and determine the best course of action. This may include repair, replacement, or a store credit, at our discretion.

  • Repair or replacement under warranty will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the garment and is not transferable.
